By accessing this website and using the materials contained therein you agree that you have read and accepted, without reservation, these conditions. EVERIS reserves the right to deny, suspend, interrupt and/or cancel access or use, total or partial, of this web site to users or visitors who do not comply with this Legal Notice.


This website contains materials, such as articles, studies and project descriptions prepared by EVERIS for purely informative purposes. EVERIS hereby gives notices that these materials may be modified, developed or updated at any moment without prior notice.

EVERIS is committed to the protection and security of all personal data that users or visitors to this website may provide to us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users and visitors to our website of all aspects related to the gathering and processing of their personal data on the part of EVERIS.


EVERIS reserves the right to modify and/or update this policy in a regular manner for the purpose of adapting it to the legislation valid and in force at all times and to EVERIS’s legitimate practices. In all events, the content of the new policy shall be published on this website and shall be permanently available to all its users and visitors. We advise users and visitors to read and consult this Privacy Policy upon each access to this website.


How does EVERIS gather personal data?


EVERIS gathers information from users or visitors to this website at different times:

  • At the time users subscribe as registered users by filling in the electronic forms provided for this purpose by this website. This identification enables registered users to subsequently access or use specific contents or services that this website offers.
  •  Through the Recruiting Section (“Work with us”).
  •  During navigation on this website, by registration of the IP address. 
  •  When the user or visitor communicates with EVERIS by sending an email.   

What is the personal data used for?

  • Data gathering forms   


Each form used for gathering personal data will provide the user with detailed information on how the data is processed and its purpose, potential recipients of the information, the obligatory or optional nature of the responses to the stipulated questions and, in general, all mentions required by relevant applicable legislation concerning the protection of personal data. 


The fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form to be filled in by the user are necessary and obligatory in order for enquiries to be attended, whereas the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. Users’ refusal to provide the information required in the obligatory fields entitle EVERIS not to attend the enquiry. 

  • Recruiting Section (“Work with us”)   

Any persons interested in working with any of the companies of the EVERIS Group, or where applicable to sign up to our scholarship plan, must access the Recruiting Section (“Work with us”) corresponding to the country in which they wish to submit their application and to fill in the form provided for this purpose in addition to attaching their curriculum vitae. 

The information needed in order for the application to be considered for a selection process and the handling of such information will be governed by the requirements and applicable legislation of the country in which the job offer is placed. At the time of registration, the candidate will receive from the corresponding EVERIS Group company detailed information on the handling of their data, its purpose, possible recipients of the information and, in general, al mentions required by applicable legislation concerning the protection of personal data in the country in which the offer is placed. 


The personal data that a candidate provides us with through this section will be incorporated into the files and database of the EVERIS Group company that receives such data, for the purpose of including the application in present and/or future selection processes, managing such processes, managing where applicable the recruiting of the selected candidate, resending the application to EVERIS Group companies that may have placed the job offer or that may be interested in the candidate’s profile, statistical purposes, as well as to send information related to the activities and services of EVERIS Group that may be of interest to the candidate, such as, without limitation, the sending of offers, news, events, newsletters, information related to the consulting sector, etc. At the same time, we inform applicants that such data may be transferred for the purposes described in this section to other organisations of the EVERIS Group, some of which may be constituted in countries outside of the European Union, whose name and address are provided on this website (www.everis.com), all of which are involved in activities related to consulting. 

The File Managers are each of the EVERIS Group organisations that may have placed the job offer, whose names and addresses are shown in the Section “About EVERIS” subsection “Our Locations”, of this website.

The File Manager will hold the data for a period of three years. 

If applicants do not wish their data to be processed for the indicated purpose or should they wish to exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation or objection, they should address themselves in writing attaching a photocopy of their National Identity Document or equivalent ID to the corresponding File Manager, whose name and address will be provided at the time of registering under the Recruiting Section.

  • Consultation mailbox under the Recruiting Section    


Users will find a consultation mailbox at their disposal in order to formulate any questions related to the selection processes, which will be replied to by the relevant company of EVERIS Group according to the job offer in question. For this purpose, EVERIS Group puts at users’ disposal the email addresses that figure on this website (section “Work with us”). 


Users’ use of this consultation mailbox to make enquiries is voluntary. 


EVERIS informs all users making use of this consultation mailbox that the content of their email, name and address, username, date, title and content of their enquiry, in addition to the content of the response provided by EVERIS may be published and transmitted by EVERIS in the Recruiting Section, for the purpose of promoting the public’s and users’ access to this section, in addition to resolving the questions that users may submit in relation to EVERIS Group’s various selection processes. 


EVERIS reserves editorial criteria with regard to the content sent in by the user that may have been selected by EVERIS for publication in this section, and may consequently (without limitation) modify, suppress or extend such content, with a view to ensuring that the formulation of the questions and answers to be published is clear, concise and transparent, highlight such aspects as may be of use, importance and general interest for other users and for the general public accessing the Recruiting Section.


Users undertake to refrain from sending to the Consultation Mailbox (i) confusing, false, misleading, offensive, denigrating, or defamatory information that could constitute a crime, offence or breach of any applicable rule and/or that may be prejudicial to EVERIS Group or to third parties; (ii) harmful and illicit contents, (iii) contents that contain a virus or other computer programs that could damage the functioning of this website or other systems or computers; (iv) surveys or chain letters whose purpose is to collect, maintain or use personal data of other users for commercial purposes without having due authorisation (spamming); and/or (v) contents whose purpose is to transmit political, ideological or religious declarations.


In all events, EVERIS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, interrupt or cancel, in whole or in part, access or the use of this Consultation Mailbox and/or this website to such users as may breach the terms established in this present section.
Personal data with which users provide us through the Consultation Mailbox will be incorporated into the database of the EVERIS Group company that receives the electronic mail, for the purposes described in this section, replying to the consultation or attending the request, resending the request for information to the companies of EVERIS Group involved in the response, statistical purposes, in addition to sending information related to the activities and services of the EVERIS Group that may be of interest to the applicant such as, without limitation, the sending of offers, news, events, newsletters, information related to the consulting sector, etc. At the same time, we inform users that their data may be transferred for the purposes described in this section to other organisations of EVERIS Group some of which may be constituted in countries outside the European Union, whose name and address is shown on this website (www.everis.com), all of which are involved in activities related to consulting. 
The File Managers are each of the organisations of EVERIS Group responsible for managing the corresponding Consultation Mailbox, whose names and addresses are shown on this website under the Section “About EVERIS”, subsection “Our Locations”.

If applicants do not wish their data to be processed for the indicated purpose or should they wish to exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation or objection, they should address themselves in writing attaching a photocopy of their National Identity Document or equivalent ID to the corresponding File Manager, whose name and address will be provided at the time of registering under the Recruiting Section.

  • IP Addresses   


From the moment users access our website, our machines could register their Internet address in the form of LOG files (historical records). Consequently, users leave a trace of their IP address that their access provider has assigned to them for each session, in such a way that each enquiry, consultation, visit or call to an element of a website may be registered. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LOG files are anonymous (meaning that users’ names and addresses are not shown) and will only be used for internal purposes such as statistical ones, to control access to the website.

  • Sending an electronic mail   


Personal data (including, without limitation, the email address) that users or visitors to this website may provide us with by sending us an electronic mail, will be incorporated into a file owned and managed by Everis Spain, S.L., for the purpose of attending to the enquiry in addition to sending information of a commercial or promotional nature on products, services, news or events related to EVERIS Group, via any means including electronic mail. Nonetheless, this consent is of a revocable nature and therefore, if users do not wish their data to be processed for the indicated purpose or should wish to exercise their right to access, correction, cancellation or objection, they must address themselves in writing to Everis Spain, S.L., Marketing Department, Paseo de la Castellana 141, 9ª planta, 28046 Madrid, attaching a photocopy of their National Identity Document or equivalent ID.


How should I update my personal data?


Users guarantee that the personal data provided to EVERIS through this website, either through filling in the relevant form or by sending an electronic mail, are genuine, correct, updated and complete and are responsible for notifying EVERIS of any modification or update of such data. 


Users that may have registered as applicants under the Recruiting Section of this website will have usernames and passwords previously assigned to them by EVERIS, so that they can access their personal data and proceed directly to modify or update them online. Such login and password are of a personal non-transferable nature and may only be used by the applicant for the purposes authorised in this section. Applicants are responsible both towards EVERIS and towards third parties for the confidential handling of the username and password, and of the use made of them. The user shall inform EVERIS immediately in the event of detecting unauthorised used of their username or password. 


With regards to other users who may have provided EVERIS with personal data through a different means other than the Recruiting Section, they must notify any modification or update of their data in writing to EVERIS by sending a letter (enclosing a photocopy of their National Identity Document or equivalent ID) to the address: Everis Spain, S.L., Marketing Department, Paseo de la Castellana 141, 9ª planta, 28046 Madrid.


What happens if I provide EVERIS with the data of third parties?


In the event that users include (whether in the corresponding electronic form or by sending an electronic mail) personal data concerning physical persons other than the users themselves, the latter must inform such persons prior to including or communicating their data to EVERIS about the content of this Privacy Policy. Users guarantee that they have obtained the prior consent of these third persons to communicate their personal data to EVERIS.


When is it considered that EVERIS has been authorised to process my data?


From the moment you send us your personal data, by filling in an electronic form or by sending us an email, you expressly authorise us to process your personal data and to communicate such data to other companies of the EVERIS Group, for the purposes described at the foot of each form and/or in this Privacy Policy. This authorisation likewise extends to “sensitive data” that the user may have provided to EVERIS under the Recruiting Section, understood to mean data concerning health, racial origin, sexual orientation, ideology, trade union membership, religion and beliefs. Consequently, if users do not wish to provide such sensitive data they should suppress them from their curriculum vitae or registration form.


Likewise, access or the use of this website will imply full acceptance of this Privacy Policy on the part of the user or visitor, in addition to their express consent and authorisation to gather, handle and communicate the personal data for the purposes described in this Policy.


Notwithstanding the foregoing, we remind all users of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection by writing, enclosing a photocopy of their National Identity Document or equivalent ID, to Everis Spain, S.L., Recruiting Department, Paseo de la Castellana 141, 9ª planta, 28046 Madrid or to the corresponding company of EVERIS Group. 7: Communication of illegal and inappropriate activities


In the event that any user of the website should become aware that the hyperlinks link to pages the contents or services of which are illegal, harmful, libellous, violent or contrary to public morality may contact EVERIS providing the following details: 

  • Their own personal details: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. 
  • Description of the facts which demonstrate the illegal or inappropriate nature of the hyperlink. 
  • In cases of infringement of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property rights, the personal details of the holder of the right infringed, should this be a person other than the individual providing the information. The title attesting to the legitimate ownership of such rights should also be provided, and, where relevant, documentary proof of rights of representation in order to act on behalf of the owner, should this be a person other than the individual providing the information.
