everis is a multinational consulting firm that offers its clients comprehensive business solutions covering all aspects of the value chain, from business strategy through to systems implementation. We are active in the sectors of Banking, Healthcare, Industry, Insurance, Media, Public Sector, Telecom and Utilities.

everis was created in Spain in 1996 as DMR Consulting, its name until October 2006. We started operating in Spain with the opening of an office in Madrid and Barcelona soon followed by expansion in Europe and Latin America. At present, the company has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, La Coruña, Lisbon, Milan, Rome, Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and in January 2007 we opened an office in Bogotá, Colombia. The annual turnover is currently €240 million with a staff of over 4,000 professionals.

In 1998 a division called Qualitas was created with the purpose of offering systems maintenance and development and IT outsourcing, formed by professionals with a high degree of specialization and competence. Qualitas is designed to complement our initial offer.

In January 2004 we acquired ownership of 54.7% of the company, with the financial support of Apax Partners, who own 38.2% and FManagers, the remaining 7%. In December 2006 we succesfully completed a Management Buy Out so that the company is owned 100% by its professionals.

In October 2006, coinciding with our 10th anniversary, we changed our name and corporate image. A new phase has begun in which the expansion of our differential consulting model, that has been the basis for our success, continues.
