everis has strengthened its business intelligence outsourcing strategy with the opening of a new center in Latin America in order to extend these services to new regions. The new everis center, opened at the beginning of this year, is in Temuco (Chile). This will help increase the competitiveness and efficiency for customers of everis.
Also, everis is committed to providing new outsourced services for the integrated management of Business Intelligence initiatives of its clients, such as data processing or the generation of analytic applications for management reporting and dashboards.
To carry out this strategy, the company will rely on the current remote service center Business Intelligence, located in Murcia, which provides maintenance services and software factories in technologies such as PowerCenter, Microstrategy or Business Objects in the telecommunications, banking, industry, utilities and government sectors. The center which was awarded CMMI Level 3 certification last January, currently has more than 200 professionals and plans to double its workforce over the next three years.
The company currently provides its customers and 30,000 hours of factory services Business Intelligence and 60,000 hours in BI services outsourced. everis plans to double these figures within the next 2 years.
New data services
The company is also developing new remote data services, such as data quality treatment and migration. This new service is in addition to those already offered by everis such as master data management, BI architecture definition or customer segmentation. Thus, everis is positioned as a specialist in Information as a Service. The aim is to free up the resource companies involved in the operation of the data with the goal of enabling them to use these resources when making business decisions so they can increase their efficiency and competitiveness.
To support the new everis services, the company recently reached an agreement with the maker of data integration software to outsource migration and data quality that enables customers to recover the investment in technology infrastructure.
