The Bamberg Foundation, which seeks the promotion of health technologies and the everis health division, everis health, have come to a cooperation agreement to promote initiatives related to health innovation and sustainability of the health system. During the signing, the president of the Bamberg Foundation, Ignacio Para and the partner responsible for everis health, Santiago Martín were present.
This agreement, with scope of application in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, will be built through various initiatives to discuss and encourage health innovation, advanced health delivery modalities or interoperability in the public and private sector
According to the president of the Bamberg Foundation, Ignacio Para, "with this agreement we want to encourage communication initiatives and knowledge sharing among professionals, care centers and medical technology companies."
For his part, the partner responsible for everis health, Santiago Martin said, "ICTs are called to play a significant role in increasing the quality and sustainability of the health system. This agreement provides a joint vision to continue meeting our objective, namely to develop actions aimed at improving efficiency and quality of the health sector. "
Thus, as first initiative resulting from this agreement, everis will participate in the Health Leaders International Meeting that will be held in Madrid from the 1st to the 3rd of December, 2010. The conference aims to reflect on the state of global health, their interaction in a globalized world and its effect on the economy.
