everis has signed a syndicated credit in the amount of 70 million Euros to boost its expansion plan over the next few years.
The consulting company will make investments that fit in with its strategic plan, with two main courses of action: its presence in new markets and diversification of its business.
This financing, joined by top level financial entities (HSBC and ING as managing entities, MLAs -Main Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, and Banesto and BBVA as MLAs), allows everis to adapt its financial structure to its plans for the future.
The confidence shown by the twelve financial entities that have participated in the financing guarantees the solvency of the company, which has historically maintained its growth and profitablility at the top of its sector.
