During this week, everis has reached the amount of120 professionals in Galicia office. The firm, with a total of 7,300 professionals in 19 offices and 11 countries, opened Galicia office 4 years ago. During this time the number of employees has increased rapidly and its turnover stood over € 5 million in the region in the last financial year.
80% of professionals are graduates. The company recruits engineers in computing, telecommunications, industrial organization, graduates in administration and management, business or economics, physics and mathematics. In addition to this, now it is currently recruiting people with courses in computer applications development and systems management.
According to Alejandro Morán, partner in charge of Galicia’s office, "We believe in the company growth in Galicia. We are still working with the companies in order to improve technology and we are fully involved with sectorial associations and the innovative platforms in this region.”
Josef Ajram Lecture in A Coruña
To celebrate this milestone, the consultancy firm has arranged a conference with the ultraman and stock analyst Josef Ajram for clients and employees. As you may know, he is a 32 years old amateur athlete who combines his daily work in the stock market with elite sports. He was the first Spaniard to win both the Ultraman Canada and the Ultraman Hawaii races. He has achieved records in some of the world's most demanding sports such as Ironman or the Marathon des Sables.
Josef Ajram has already collaborated with everis in other occasions. For example, last summer, Josef joined everis challenge to prove that attitude has no limit. The challenge proposed by the consultancy firm was to link all everis offices in Spain, Portugal and Italy on a 2,500 miles bicycle ride.

On the other hand, everis has its own Corporate University for the last two years. The consultancy firm invests around 5% of its incomes in training, and that means 120,000 hours and nearly 700 courses throughout the year.
