everis achieved a turnover of € 506 million and a € 46 million EBITDA during the last fiscal year (April 1, 2010 - March 31, 2011), representing an increase of 27% in revenue and 40% in profit compared to the previous year. As economic forecasts, the company expects for next year to continue growing at double-digit rate in both revenue and profit.

This increase in incomes corresponds to the consolidation of the activities of the company in Spain, the strong performance of its offices in Latin America, the traditional business diversification, as well as opening on new markets such the U.S., UK, Belgium and Peru.
Regarding services, the following are worthy of mention: the growth of everis strategic and business consulting division of up to 10% in terms of turnover; the transformation projects based on IT (35% increase on revenues) and outsourcing projects (processes, applications and technology infrastructure) representing the remaining 55%.
In terms of sectors, banking and insurance (38%), telecommunications market (28%) and public administration (19%) are the most important areas, followed by industry (10%) and energy (5%).
New Business - 2013 Plan
One of the pillars of the everis strategy to carry out its 2013 Plan is diversification, which has begun with the creation of new businesses to complement the value proposition of traditional consulting.
Thus, the group has launched this year exeleria, specializing in the design, implementation and management of technological solutions in the field of energy efficiency as well as the preservation of the environment and sustainability.
Another company created by the group is Fitalent, an investment fund focused on technology-based companies, whose main asset is people and talent. The fund, worth € 5 million, will invest in the medium-term in start-up companies which have a strong technological and innovative element.
Also, Konoss, which is currently focused on TIC provision, deployment and maintenance, is one of the pillars of the everis offer for SMEs.
The everis group will also launch, in the coming months, a company based on mobile telephony and a division for the implementation of projects in the aerospace and defense sector.
People and career model
This economic development has been paralleled by the increase of professionals, which has grown from 7,500 to over 9,000 people in the last fiscal year, becoming one of the Spanish companies with the highest number of contracted post-graduates.
Approximately 80% of these new employees have recently graduated, which shows that everis is one of the companies that promotes the access of youth to the labor market.
In addition, everis has strengthened its Corporate University, its commitment to development and professional career. The consulting firm has invested more than € 7 million in training its employees this last year. This represents 320,000 study hours in face-to-face format, e-learning and language training and 1,700 courses, more than 40 hours in training per year on average for every professional working in the company.
