This certification, attained after six months of work, includes the services rendered by the firm's outsourcing and technology units. SGS, a global leader in certification of quality standards, conducted the audits and issued the appropriate certification, which will be effective for the next two years, to be reviewed annually.

The ISO 20000 standard provides the basis for measuring and validating the success of an organization in implementing best practices defined by ITIL and certified by the ITSM Forum.
