everis is one of the ten best large companies to work
for in 2008, according to the Best Workplaces in Spain study

Everis has been selected as one of the ten best companies to work for, according to the “50 Best Workplaces” report prepared by the Great Place to Work Institute. This study, now in its sixth consecutive year, analyzes the responses of more than 100,000 people from 250 companies, encompassing every sector.

The rankings are partially based on five criteria (credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie), which the companies’ employees evaluate on an anonymous, confidential basis. They are also based on an audit of each company’s human resources policies.

By size, the ranking of the best companies with more than 1,000 employees is led by Lilly, followed in order by American Express, Bankinter, La Caixa, Roche Farma, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, as well as everis, Linea Directa Aseguradora, Hewlett Packard, and Novartis.

Oscar Callado, who is the director of human resources at everis, said, “This recognition matters to the company, because we have improved our position not only with regard to such values as credibility and camaraderie, but also with regard to other companies belonging to the consulting sector.”

In addition, the everis’ inclusion in this ranking is evidence of the company’s commitment to promoting the professional and personal development of its employees. This is also apparent in the substantial improvement of the company’s results on camaraderie and credibility.
