Generalitat awarded everis the
process management support service TIC valued at € 3.5 M

The Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació (CTTI), an agency that integrates all computer and telecommunications services of the Generalitat of Catalonia, has awarded everis the Process Management Support Service of Information Technology and Communication Technologies (ICT). The service contract will be annual and it could be extended one year more. The bid is valued at € 3.49 million.

This award is part of the New Model of Central Services TIC presented by CTTI and complemented by the TIC.cat plan, promoted jointly by the Departament de Governació i Administracions Públiques and the Departament d’Innovació, Universitats i Empresa. The new model proposes a new division in the management of TIC services, that significantly extends the number of contracts with various suppliers in order to facilitate management and control of the entire process by the CTTI, since it is responsible for ensuring direction, planning, management and control of computer and telecommunications services of the Generalitat.

With this change, the Catalan government aims to promote the business, as well as to improve flexibility, specialization, efficiency and quality in service provision, but also to expand the participation opportunities for new suppliers.

everis will give technological and change management support in the new model and it will be a key player in the Area of Operations

Thus everis will offer its services to CTTI through the Office of Support Management Processes TIC in all those aspects of technology and change management related with the new model.

everis, which nowadays has over 1,050 employees in Catalonia, will support CTTI in the definition and implementation of TIC management procedures in the CTTI’s Area of Operations. It will also identify the new requirements in order to develop the management tools in response to new management processes.

everis has an extensive experience in the field of public administration, with projects of developing  the administration processes and with successful  projects in outsourcing, carried out in Education and Culture Department of the Generalitat.
