Mr Víctor Sierra joined everis in 1999 and has served a variety of roles, from technology practice manager to head of the Santiago, Chile, operation to global account leader and chief information officer. He has been a part of everis since its founding, where he has developed his career in the fields of Telecommunication, Banking, International Development and Latin America Operations. Juan Arena, everis independent director, holds a doctorate in electromechanical engineering from the ICAI School of Engineering and a bachelor's in business administration from the ICADE Business School. In 1985, he was named general manager of Bankinter, in 1987 he became a board member, in 1993 he was appointed CEO, and from March 2002 to April 2007 he served as chairman of the board. He is also chairman of SERES, chairman of the ESADE Professional Council and is a member of the Harvard Business School's European Advisory Board as well as the Deusto Business School's Board of Directors.
Miguel Fernández de Pinedo, everis independent director, holds a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Deusto and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He joined Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) in 1969. He became Partner in 1981, and from 1990 to 2004, he was the President of the firm in Spain and member of the International Council.
Carlos Martínez de Campos, everis independent director, is chairman of Barclays Bank in Spain, General Council member of the Spanish Banking Association and board member and advisor for various other companies and associations. In 1981, he was named executive vice president, and, three years later, chairman of Barclays. From 1994 to 1998, he served on the Barclays Group Executive Committee.
Pilar Zulueta, everis independent director, is executive vice president of Warner Bros. Consumer Products for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Her career began at the company VP-Schikedanz, and she later worked for WBI Spain and RJ Reynolds Tobacco. She joined Warner Bros. in 1997. She holds an MBA from the IE Business School and a bachelor's in biochemistry from the Autonomous University of Madrid, as well as a graduate specialization in molecular biology.
John de Zulueta, everis director representing controlling shareholders, holds a bachelor's in contemporary history from Stanford University (California) and an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business (New York). In 1991, he was named managing director of Sanitas, S.A. de Seguros (BUPA Group), a company he headed until May 2009. In February 2010, he was named president of USP Hospitales. He is the sole administrator of the Point Lobos company and represents it on the Advisory Board of 3i Europe.
Daniel Viñas, everis is Major Shareholder- executive at everis. He began his professional career at 3i in 1998. Daniel has ten years of experience in operations and portfolio management within 3i and he has worked in a wide range of sectors including chemicals, textiles, distribution, food and drinks, transport and logistics and construction. He has participated and led over 15 transactions both buyout and growth capital in Spain and he has been part of the Board of Directors in 10 different companies.
Jorge Gallardo, everis director representing controlling shareholders, holds a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration and management from the ESADE Business School. He has led several consulting projects in the areas of logistics, consumption, distribution and Internet-related initiatives in leading companies. He subsequently developed the venture capital company Landon Investments SCR. He is currently also managing director of Goodgrower, an investment company focused on the health sector in Europe.
Rafael Torres Boulet, everis director representing controlling shareholders, is a partner at Hutton Collins Partners LLP and holds a bachelor's in management science. He began his career at Chemical Bank in Madrid. In 1998, he joined Merrill Lynch, in the area of financing for venture capital operations. After spending two years at Mercapital, he joined Hutton Collins in 2005, where he is responsible for analysis and execution of investments in Spain, France and the United Kingdom.
