      • Technology

At everis technology is perceived as a means for achieving operational, commercial and organizational efficiency, as well as a key aspect for ensuring the correct alignment of strategies between the business and IT areas. In this way, IT strategies make it possible to support and extend companies’ strategies and targets.
To achieve this objective, we base ourselves on the following pillars.

    • Promoting innovation through a technological observatory that guarantees the alignment of the offer to the market situation in the different sectors/countries of the technologies and the competition. This observatory gathers the latest technological trends from various sources, both external (publications, customers, office suppliers) and internal (offices, specialized Company areas), analyzes them and prepared periodic reports.
    • Maximizing project efficiency and quality through creating centers of excellence,  focuses of advanced knowledge that make it possible to generate an offer of attractive and differential products and services.
everis’ vision on technology and its alignment with the business is set down through the various technologies Service lines, which we briefly describe below:

Under this generic concept, everis groups together a number of key services for the functioning of a business solution, and which in themselves represent a fundamental part of the differential value that we provide to our clients.
The use of best practices in technology projects and the application of our methodology in transformation and change processes is complemented with our knowledge of the market’s leading technologies.. All of this translates into increased quality of service to users, optimum levels of operating costs and efficient solutions aligned with business targets.
We provide our clients with services to define and implant technological models and architectures in the context of Information Systems’ development, execution and operation. Among the most relevant, we would include: Quality management models for increasing productivity and reliability in the development of software solutions, Systems Plans, Definition and implementation of Development and Execution Architectures, Integration Architectures that apply throughout the value chain, Security Architecture, Security Management Systems, Business Continuity Plans, adaptation to the Law on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, ethical hacking, auditing, applications Reengineering, downsizing, etc.

  • Business Intelligence
Business intelligence marks the growing difference between mere data and useful information for each of a company’s management levels.
everis has spent years defining, designing and building the necessary infrastructures for adequate data exploitation: from data warehouses of corporate scope, to specific data marts for marketing and clients, sales, finance, treasury, risks, operations, billing, logistics, management control and a long etc., covering the entire cycle of information exploitation, which starts with its identification, extraction, cleaning and normalization, transformation and loading in a specific data model. Subsequently, we generate the solutions for exploiting these systems through reporting techniques and tools, OLAP analysis, statistical analysis and data mining, control panels, balanced scorecards, etc.
We can also help you define your business intelligence strategy, and select the platform and group of tools best adapted to your needs.

  • CRM
As part of their strategy to improve results, companies are becoming user-oriented. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools can help to capture new clients and especially, to identify and loyalize those that are most profitable. However, experience is required to materialize these expectations. At everis, we know the importance of having appropriate metrics, we help to manage users’ expectations, presenting a multi-channel approach (presence, telephone, web or mobile) and, in general, to control the key factors for a CRM project’s success.
Our services offer encompasses the design of customer relationship strategies and processes through to implementation of IT infrastructures including the development and implementation of packages or their integration with corporate tools.

  • ECM
A company’s structuring and sharing of information and valuable content is a key factor in improving communication and integration levels, as well as for the development of the business itself, which is evermore oriented towards delocalized models.
Through the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) line, the intention is to promote the development of this sphere, making all areas of interest available in terms of technologies, tools and methods used for capturing, managing, storing, preserving and delivering content within an organization.

  • IT Governance
IT Governance is a discipline within business management models related to information technologies that contemplates the following generic activities:
Defining IT area objectives: Is the IT area aligned with the business? Are IT resources used efficiently? Are IT risks suitably managed?
Establishing models: choosing the most appropriate model or models for supporting IT Governance. For example: CMMi (Software Processes Improvement), ITIL (IT service management), TOGAF (Definition of IT architecture), 6-Sigma (Processes Improvement), etc.
Implementation of initiatives: with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT area and mitigating its risks (e.g.: security management).
Measuring results: ensuring compliance with expected results, as well as established procedures (audits).
everis helps companies to promote development in the context of IT governance through a varied services portfolio, among which we would highlight the implementation of exploitation and service management processes in information systems through the standard ITIL / ITSM methodology, the definition of an IT services catalogue as well as its associated SLAs or software processes improvement with CMMI among others.
