At everis, we are aligned with the United Nations 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals as a guide to build a better society through the diverse talent of our professionals and the responsible use of technology.


everis' ESG (environment, social and governance) strategy focuses on contributing to the SDGs focusing on the most relevant issues for our stakeholders: economic growth, quality education, diversity and inclusion, social issues and governance.

We have launched a number of initiatives to fight the pandemic which have been implemented thanks to the involvement and talent of our employees, and the collaboration of administrations, companies and NGOs.


Quality education

We work on the development of digital skills among all groups, particularly children, proposing projects to improve teaching, the development of new skills in creativity and innovation.


We run workshops  for young people at risk of dropping out of school, seeking to attract them to technology and make it engaging for them.  

Diversity and inclusion

We believe that together we can offer a more diverse and inclusive future that provides the new generations the opportunity to be what they want to be.


At everis we launched #girlsgonna, an initiative to break stereotypes and close the gender gap in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields. This initiative seeks to change the way adults behave so that, as a society, we can shape a more diverse and inclusive future where children may be what they wish to become.  


We are committed to a diverse society where there is room for everyone; with different abilities, cultures and generations, because we believe that this diversity promotes innovation and gives us the capacity to face new situations.

Social impact. Volunteering

We contribute to the local development of the communities where we work through our volunteering. We strive to improve the living conditions of several groups at risk of exclusion and promote the digital development of organizations that lack resources through the voluntary work of our professionals, who contribute with their knowledge and experience.


Ever since its foundation, we have participated in Teaming, an online platform to raise funds for social causes through micro donations of 1 euro, with the philosophy that by joining forces we can achieve great things.

Environment and energy

We remain strongly committed to the protection of the environment and the use of energy, in line with the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. At everis, have the responsibility to contribute to the achievement to these Goals. In this regard, e implemented an environmental policy  for an efficient use of energy management in our offices and workplaces.


We are working to reduce our carbon footprint. To that end, we encourage and support the use of clean energy, the elimination of plastics, and sustainable transportation, and we strive to promote the circular economy through the donation of our electronic devices.



We are committed to good governance, ethics, transparency and data security. We promote awareness and training in areas such as personal data protection, and in issues related to intellectual property and competition. We promote a culture of zero tolerance towards corruption. To that end, we implemented a number of prevention measures.
