everis, awarded by Salesforce for the Most Relevant Service Cloud Project

Salesforce has awarded everis in the category of “Most Relevant Service Cloud Project” for a redefinition and transformation project using Salesforce Cloud for its CRM, in the B2C area. The project was developed in 2017 in a leading enterprise in the utilities sector. The award was presented in the framework of Iberia Partner Awards 2020, the enterprise’s annual benchmark event.

Although this program has several initiatives, the core aim is centred in the digital transformation of Customer Service, where the use of Service Cloud has been essential to provide a 360-degree view of customers.

The award was accepted by Miguel Díaz Rubio, Salesforce Director for Energy and Utilities at everis, who defined the project as “a challenge for the company,”. He continued that “it drove us to give our very best in technology and business fields, as well as letting us put our know-how and best practices of Service Cloud into practice at a large scale.”

He also wanted to highlight “the human value behind the project” and positive feedback on “the team made up of Salesforce, the customer team and the company team itself.”
