everis becomes a member of FIRST, a recognised global leader in incident response to cyber security

The Cyber Security Area of everis Aerospace, Defense and Security has been officially appointed as a new member of FIRST (Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams), the internationally recognised organization, leader in incident response. As a result of this appointment, the Cyber security team of the everis Group can offer the highest level of certification in both the services and procedures in this field.

FIRST is an international organisation that brings together leading Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs) from across the globe, from both public and private entities. The main objective of the network is to respond more efficiently to this type of events by providing access to best practices, tools, and trusted communication with member teams.

The everis CSIRT team is responsible for coordinating and directing the necessary actions when a security incident is detected in a client's infrastructure or systems. everis CSIRT provides a comprehensive service that includes not only feedback but also prevention and constant monitoring, and works closely with all other area units: eSOC (everis Security Operations Center), Hacking Center and the Department of Regulatory Compliance (GRC & BC). everis CSIRT also maintains constant contact with NTT DATA-CERT staff in Japan to foster the exchange of information and services.
