everis again comes in first in the study on outsourcing service quality in Spain

everis everis has been selected as one of the technology service providers most highly valued by large Spanish companies with a satisfaction level of 83%, according to the IT Outsourcing Study published annually by the market research company Whitelane Research and the strategy consultancy firm Quint.

DXC Technology and Ibermática also occupy top positions, followed by Accenture, T-Systems, Deloitte, Econocom and TCS. 

The study carried out by Quint and Whitelane Research analyzed 625 long-term IT contracts by conducting surveys among more than 230 executives from the leading Spanish companies.

In general, technology providers in Spain receive a rather high average rating on many different aspects analyzed in the survey and position Spain as the country with the highest level of satisfaction with IT service providers on continental Europe.  On the other hand, this indicator has increased by two percentage points in comparison with the year before, reaching 77%. 

To this end, Juan Manuel González, a partner and Efficiency and Sourcing Lead at Quint, says, “Providers in Spain have the resources to be the reference in offering technological support to all other European countries and become a competitive nearshore service hub”.

With this new edition of the report, everis has consolidated its position as the top national outsourcing provider for these kinds of services and it’s all thanks to the trust our clients place in us.

The aspects most highly valued were the quality of service delivery and account management, our understanding of the business and our flexibility in addition to correct pricing. We also made significant improvement over the prior year in our cloud capabilities and in our service innovation proposals.

The Report also underlines that the market for these kinds of services will continue expanding progressively over the next two years given that more than 75% of those surveyed expect to outsource technology at the same pace or higher than was done this year.

“Therefore, in our opinion, the technology outsourcing business is going to be reinforced as a result of the pandemic and has already positioned itself as a structural solution during times of crisis,” highlights Juan Manuel González, a Quint partner.

Another relevant aspect of the Report is the impact of Agile methods on our clients. To this regard, it’s quite noteworthy that more than 50% of all organizations are already using Agile as their preferred delivery model and another 26% plan to use it in the future, according to the executives surveyed.
