INATBA, International Association of Blockchain Trusted Applications, is launched in Brussels with everis as co-founder

everis has become official co-founder of INATBA (International Association of Blockchain Trusted Applications) an international association for Blockchain driven by DG Connect of the European Commission and founded by IOTA, distributed open-source accounting technology .

INATBA´s main objectives are to open an ongoing dialogue with government agencies in order to reach a future global regulation of Blockchain and to promote a global model of open and transparent government that takes into account the needs all its partners (emerging companies, SMEs, governments and international organizations)  in order to seize the full potential of applying blockchain and distributed ledger (DLT) in the various fields of business.

INATBA brings together industry, new companies and SMEs, policy makers, international organizations, regulators, civil society and standard setting bodies to support Blockchain technology and its incorporation and application in multiple sectors.

To benefit from the full potential of digital transformation and the benefits of blockchain and DLT for businesses, the public sector and society in general, INATBA aims to develop a framework that promotes collaboration between the public and private sectors, regulatory convergence, legal predictability and to ensure the integrity and system.

Blockchain and DLT technologies have the potential to allow more decentralized, reliable, traceable and user-centric digital services, and stimulate new business models that benefit society and contribute to sustainable economic growth.
